To have luggage delivered from your previous hotel, please notify us in advance to ensure smooth acceptance of your delivery when it arrives at our hotel. Please have the delivery arrive no earlier than one day prior to your check in date, as we limit our storage to current guests.

To have luggage delivered to your next hotel please bring your luggage and the address of your next hotel to the front desk. We will need to measure the luggage before a quote can be provided. Delivery to most hotels in central Japan will take one night.

Delivery to airports requires three to five days to process. Please plan accordingly.

Pending availability, we offer early entry into the guest room for 1,100 yen per hour (rounded up). If you would like to enter your room earlier than the 3 p.m. (15:00) check-in time, please let us know in advance so that we can arrange to have your room prepared in advance.

Please be aware of Japanese holidays that may fall during your travels and check for closure dates on the official websites of places you plan to see. Depending on the type of establishment, museums, shops and restaurants may close on said holidays or, if the holiday falls on their regular day off, they may defer their day off to the following day.

In the case of Kanazawa Music Bar, the regular weekly day off is Sunday. On weekends were the holiday or observed holiday falls on a Monday, the music bar will stay open on Sunday and be closed on Monday instead. Please feel free to reach us by our contact form if you have any questions.
